For my patients

Fady's Patients

This page is for the people I care for — and for the people deciding whether to trust me with their care. Start with the video.

A hidden desert oasis at first light: a waterfall spilling over honey-gold stone into a clear turquoise pool, framed by palms and ferns.

Hello, and welcome. I'm Fady. I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner — and if you're watching this, chances are you are one of my patients. Let me start with the most important thing. First, thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your care. I never take that trust lightly, and I never will.

I built this website with you in mind. It is a simple way to find me, to reach my team, and to keep learning between visits. The essays here explain medications, diagnoses, and treatment in plain language, because an informed patient is a stronger one. When you understand your own care, you're not a passenger anymore. You are my partner — and this is my goal. That's how healing works best. We are a team.

And if you ever need me, I am always one phone call away. I want you to remember this number: (909) 707-6261. You call this number, you leave a message, and one of my team members will call you back — if I don't call you first — within one hour. That is my promise, and I will keep it.

One more thing, and please hear this clearly. Money and insurance will never come between you and me. Not in my practice. Our rates are affordable on purpose — and if you are in a hard season, and it happens, and even that feels out of reach, call anyway. We will find a way forward to help you out. Your health and mental health comes first. It always will.

That is my promise to you: care that lives where science meets the soul. Whatever brought you here, you are in the right place, with NP Fady. Again, thank you for trusting me with your care, and I'm looking forward to continuing our journey together.

Lost your insurance? Don't lose your care.

If changes to your Affordable Care Act (Covered California) coverage, rising premiums, a Medi-Cal renewal, or a job change have left you without insurance — your mental health shouldn't have to wait for open enrollment.

The space between visits

This site is a second way of staying connected to your care. The essay library explains medications, diagnoses, and treatment options in plain language — because an informed patient is a stronger patient. Read about your medication before your next visit. Send an essay to a family member who wants to understand what you're going through. Come with questions. That's what it's for.
